Strawberry Shortcake recipe

Modifications

1. used 1/2 c. cream, 1/2 c. reg. milk and about 1/3 c. ricotta instead of 1.5 cups heavy cream in the cake batter. Also added vanilla.
2. mixed berries with lemon juice and coconut sugar.
3. used stevia instead of sugar in the whipped cream.

Very delicious cake.
