50-50
According to one of the many books I read, fifty percent of all food consumed on a daily basis should be vegetables, and of that, 50% of those veggies should be consumed raw. That's where the salads come in. This salad has organic alfalfa sprouts, oyster mushrooms, ground flax seeds, juice sweetened cranberries, red peppers, tomatoes, carrots and celery. The dressing is olive oil, a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, garlic, and a touch of agave. It goes great with leftover pasta!
