Something Sweet...redux

I've decided to try another one of Rebecca's recipes, this time a free one from her website, Flourless Almond Torte. I topped the batter with organic carob chips. Instead of maple syrup, I went with agave, again. It was easily prepared during a scrabble match  last night, as I waited for my turn. Jim and Mike creamed me...both games. Here is a sample of my letters, I, I, E, I, I, U, E. The torte was baked the recommended time, but it was way overcooked. Should have opened the oven door and peeked, but I didn't. I'm going to try again, with a little smaller pan.
