Yesterday was election day, and Mike got to vote for the first time. Mike, Jim and I went to the polls together, and celebrated afterwords with some spelt/semolima pasta, with a lemon basil pesto and tossed with tomatoes, spinach, onions and cheese, and a side salad. The food was consumed so quickly, Mike barely got a picture off.
