I don't know what came over me, but I had an epiphany. Tonight's dinner was Sweet Potato Gnocchi with an onion/parsley aioli and parmigiana. The gnocchi are made with nothing but sweet potato and spelt flour, and are absolutely delicious. So inexpensive, and out of this world.

Last night we made granola, dried some papya and worked on perfecting the chocolate cookie recipe that I've been tinkering with.

Getting close to writing this one down. They are made with agave and erthyritol for sweetening, and the chips are made with barley malt. Also made with cocoa and dried cherries. I want to get them to be a bit chewier, so I'm going to work on that.
